Why has my PaySafeCard deposit failed?

If your deposit failed your balance will automatically be returned to your PaySafe card.

Funds from a failed payment will be returned to your card within around an hour. You will be able to try again after this time, however in rare cases, this process might take longer.

Should this take a longer time than anticipated, we’d require your transaction reference which should look something like shLpA96N19 in order to track your corresponding deposit.
