I received less winnings than I should have. What should I do now?

If you’ve received less funds than you were supposed to, please get in touch with one of our Customer Support Agents along with a screenshot of your withdrawal or an account statement.

Please keep in mind that certain e-wallet services add a small fee to their payments, however this is entirely out of our control as we do not own these facilities.
