My has my withdrawal been declined?

They say that all good things come to an end, and we’re sad to see you go. However please get in touch with one of our Customer Support Agents using the same email you used to register your account in order for us to carry out a manual payment, using the same payment method you used to make your deposit.

If your payment method does not allow for withdrawals, such as MasterCard, PaySafeCard, etc. kindly get in touch with a your bank details including IBAN, BIC (SWIFT) and account holder details, and a manual payment will be scheduled accordingly.
