Why has my withdrawal been declined?

In case of a rejected withdrawal, we inform our players about the reason and further steps.

For example, the withdrawal must always be made using the same method used to make the deposit. Also, a withdrawal must always be addressed to the owner of the respective player account.

Please also note that the paid-in amount must be converted at least once.

If the used deposit method does not allow direct payouts, please withdraw via bank transfer. This would apply, for example, when depositing with Paysafecard, Giropay, SOFORT transfer, etc.
